The Energy Ministers of Greece, Egypt and Cyprus are to meet to further discussions between the three countries regarding the exploitation of hydrocarbon reserves in the Mediterranean.
The meeting comes in the wake of the November 8th summit meeting between the leaders of the three countries.
Yiannis Maniatis departed Athens today to take part in the negotiations. It is expected that ne energy links in the region will be discussed as well as the proposed construction of a new natural gas pipeline that will transport natural gas from the eastern Mediterranean to Europe via Greece.
