The return of the Parthenon Marbles has been on the spotlight these past few months. George Clooney made special reference to the return of the Marbles at the opening night ceremony of his film “Monuments men” in February, while renowned British author, Howard Jacobson wrote an opinion article at the “Independent” newspaper on the same issue last week.

Six beautiful Greek women, dressed as Caryatids, in white gowns were wondering around the museum. Among them was renowned soprano Sofia Theodoridou.
After a coordinated walk in the hall with the sculptures of the Parthenon, they began to search through the museum for the lost Caryatid. When they found the emotion was indescribable.
The artistic protest ended when they placed flags at Hyde Park asking the British to return the Caryatid to the land that gave her birth.
